Complete bikes are usually built to order and ship within 5-7 business days. Once dispatched, transit time varies by region but typically takes 3-5 days via our premium freight partners.
Do you offer international shipping and how are duties handled?
Yes, Evil Bikes Global, S.L. ships worldwide. For international orders, import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most countries to ensure a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) experience with no hidden fees.
What is the warranty policy on carbon frames?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all carbon frames for the original owner. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your shred sled stays on the trail for years to come.
Can I return a bike if it's not the right fit?
We accept returns on unridden bikes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What assembly is required when my bike arrives?
Bikes arrive 90% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost, and perform a basic safety check. We recommend professional assembly if you are not a confident mechanic.
