At Evil Bikes Global, S.L., we stand behind our engineering; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all technical components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Dispatch

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
